It has been almost a year since I started. Starting weight was around 220/230ish and right now I’m at about 185. Just completely changed my lifestyle and I look and feel fantastic! Eating clean and training dirty will get results every time! In my opinion weight/strength training, cardio, and a positive can-do attitude is really all you need!
